Our challenge was to establish consistency across all Westfield touch points, ranging from digital platforms to physical spaces within centres, ensuring the brand was recognisable and cohesive everywhere.

Our approach was to devise two key strategies: establishing Accessibility-first Digital Brand Guidelines for uniform digital brand representation and creating a Design System for consistent, brand-aligned user experiences across all touch points.

From our developed concepts we prioritised the design elements that were to form the foundations of our holistic Figma component library. 

We planned a phased approach to work closely with our development teams to build the foundations of the Design System in code, starting with the Westfield Website.
