Our challenge involved fixing user frustrations, architecture, and navigation, aligning features with behaviours, and enhancing aesthetics to boost satisfaction and engagement.
Our approach involved identifying user issues, using insights to inform our design, collaborate with the Site360 team and core team of users to co-design the solution together.
A day in the life of Jack
Jack, a 17-year-old part-time trolley collector from Sydney, is tech-savvy and adaptable, mixing responsibility with a dash of rebellion.
A solution that makes shift work easier.
We've refreshed the onboarding experience to offer a conversational, friendly guide for newcomers like Lucia. Ensuring we are providing an inclusive experience for everyone, Lucia can now select her preferred language after she downloads the app.
The app features a streamlined dashboard where users, like Jack, can easily access personal, site, and visit information at a glance. Karen can also view the information needed clearly during the check-in process, simplifying navigation and reducing cognitive effort for both users.
Impact
Feedback was very positive anticipating higher adoption and a better user experience, ultimately contributing to safer and more efficient site operations.
